As soon as you realize that you cannot conduct the mystery shop or
audit, please log into your Shopper Log, click on the “Help/Contact”
link found to the right of your mystery shop or audit to cancel. We
understand emergencies may arise to prevent you from contacting someone
right away, but we do ask you to make every effort to give the
scheduling team time to find a replacement mystery shopper or auditors.
