report your findings to the client. The survey, or form, is accessible via your shop log by clicking the "view/submit" link. This is the form where you
will fill in all the information you gathered while mystery shopping or
auditing your location, including uploading photos and receipts you may have been required to provide as part of your assignment. *TIP – it is always a good idea to read this
survey/form BEFORE your mystery shop or audit the location you requested!
